Artwork and Poster Unveiled at Curby Cup

The Jake Curby Painting entitled American Dreams by Iowa City artist Jeff McNutt,  was unveiled at the Jacob Curby Cup luncheon on May 9th.  McNutt has painted a series he calls Icons of American Wrestling.  Among the 7 Olympic Champions in this series is Dan Gable.  Jeff brought a Gable print to be raffled off at the Curby Cup, where Dan was the honorary chair of the event.  Said Gable to McNutt when the Jacob Curby painting was unveiled, “you’re improving!”  See the Wrestling Icon Collection at: http://store.mcnuttart.com/category/wrestling-icons
