Female Wrestling and Upward Mobility EXPLORING THE EXPERIENCES OF ELITE FEMALE WRESTLERS FROM DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES by Amanda Stanec & Jennifer Bhalla Presented at the Super 8 launch, the goal of this research study is to interview international wrestlers and hear their stories surrounding:
• How they gained access to the sport in their country
• How wrestling has changed their life? Their family’s life? Their community status?
