Brief wrestling biography: Nuwanee Tamaki, is the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee’s senior sports dietitian working with the U.S. wrestling team. Previously, she also worked with a collegiate wrestling team at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She has traveled across the world to provide nutritional support for the Team USA, including the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games as well as 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
