The text-book “The theory and methods of Sport Wrestling” has been written on the basis of the analysis and generalization of several years work by Prof. Kerimov Fikrat at the chair of Sport Wresting in Uzbek State Institute of physical education. The author learned and generalized the experience of native and foreign specialists in the training of highly skilled sportsmen.The modem scientific information on the most important problems of sport training in different kinds of wrestling has been stated in his textbook.
