Blair Green serves on the board of USA Wrestling in California working with more than 25,000 young athletes. He is the Executive Director of USA Grappling and is pioneering the development and growth of Grappling, a hybrid sport of Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling. Mr. Green wrestled for the University of Oklahoma and Lindenwood University and earned the distinction of All American in both high school and collegiate athletics. Mr. Green holds a Fine Arts degree from Lindenwood University and an MBA. He is currently a PhD candidate at Grand Canyon University. His field of study is Psychology with an emphasis on Performance. He is focused on utilizing a quantitative research approach to explore if and to what extent a relationship exists between psychological impedance and athletic performance among grappling athletes.
