Motivation for Committee Membership

My decision to pursue this opportunity stems from a thorough review of the professors involved, the high scientific caliber of articles published under INWR and the International Journal of Wrestling Science, and the university’s strong global ranking in sports sciences. The commission’s focus on intervention and implementation research aligns seamlessly with my scholarly interests in exercise physiology, resistance training, and performance optimization—areas where I have published extensively and collaborated internationally. Participation promises invaluable opportunities for collaborative research, knowledge exchange with global experts, and advancing my contributions to wrestling science, ultimately benefiting athletes worldwide.

Today, I serve as a bodybuilding coach and training programmer for Iran’s national youth wrestling team, applying evidence-based methods in periodized training, sports psychology, and physiological interventions to enhance athlete performance and injury resilience.
