Dr. Coyte Cooper has a line of research that focuses on the sustainability of Olympic sport programs such as wrestling. In particular, he has developed a line of research that emphasizes the positioning of wrestling through innovative marketing initiatives. In addition to research initiatives, Dr. Cooper is involved in outreach initiatives to help grow sports and their programs at the grassroots level. Working with the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA), he is currently active working with coaches to help them develop marketing strategies to enhance their programs.
