Dr Berger is an exercise physiologist with the University of Indianapolis where he has consulted for both NCAA Division I and II wrestling since 2012. His research involves understanding nutrition and resistance training and how those factors influence metabolism and body composition. Chris also studies men’s health and natural mechanisms of testosterone augmentation.
Research interests: strength and conditioning and its impact on metabolic rate. Additionally, I work on projects associated with body composition, natural mechanisms of testosterone augmentation, and men’s health. Naturally, my work often involves the wrestling athlete.
