PRESS RELEASE February 20, 2013 From the FILA Bureau Meeting held in Phuket (THA) on 15-16 February 2013: Approval was given for the establishment of a Scientific Department within FILA and named David Curby (USA), Boris Podlivaev (RUS), Harold Tünnemann (GER), Ioannis Barbas (GRE), Bahman Mirzaei (IRI) as members.
